About Us
I became a licensed adjuster because I got tired of watching homeowners and business owners get lost in conversations they didn't understand. After my first major fire loss, I watched someone get lowballed by an adjuster who treated their claim like paperwork. That stuck with me. I went back to school, earned my license, and committed to the IICRC certification because credentials mean something. They mean you've invested in knowing what you're doing.
The early jobs taught me fast. Water doesn't wait. Mold doesn't ask permission. Damage spreads while you're still figuring out what happened. I learned to move quickly, ask the right questions, and never make a claim about something I couldn't see or measure myself. Those first years were about building systems—processes that work because they've been tested a thousand times over.
Locally owned and operated means something real to us. We're invested in the same community you are. When we handle your claim, we know we might see you at the grocery store next month. That changes how you work. We don't cut corners. We document everything. We communicate clearly because your stress is already high enough.
Thirty-one years taught us that every loss is different. A water claim in a basement looks nothing like one in a crawlspace. Fire damage in drywall behaves differently than fire damage in insulation. The IICRC certification keeps us current on those details. We've seen the mistakes that happen when someone gets comfortable and stops learning. We won't be that company.
We've also learned that people remember how you made them feel more than they remember the exact percentage of moisture in their walls. When your home or business has been damaged, you're in survival mode. You need someone calm, competent, and honest. That's what we aim to be every single time.
'We're here because we know what happens when damage gets ahead of you. We move fast, and we get it right.'
— Owner, Licensed Adjuster & IICRC Certified
When you call, someone picks up. We come to you fast because delay isn't an option with water or fire. We document with photos, moisture readings, and detailed notes. We explain what we're seeing and what it means. No jargon, no surprises later.
You'll notice we ask a lot of questions. That's intentional. We need to understand what happened, how long it's been happening, and what else might be affected. The details matter because they inform everything that comes next. After thirty-one years, we've learned that the client who feels heard is the client who gets the best outcome.
If you're dealing with damage right now, reach out. If you're preparing for future claims, we're here to talk through your options. We're locally owned because this is our home too.
